Our exclusive deals allow you to travel, while booking any size room (including standard!) with a 3rd child in the room. You simply have to pay the per day food charge (different for each resort).

Q. What do we get out of offering you this?
A: We charge a one time booking fee for processing your booking. This is set at $300 USD per room of 4 guests. For rooms of 5 or more guests, the booking fee is set at $400 USD. Beyond 7 nights is $40 USD per night, per room.

Q. Can you book now, but pay later or in instalments?
A: When booking through us, you must pay in full upfront when the reservation is made. You pay directly to the resort through a link that is emailed to you.
Q. Is there a minimum number of nights you would need to book for?
A: You can book for any number of nights. A minimum of 5 nights is where you get the most perks and bang for your buck.
Q. For the refundable room bookings, is the booking fee refundable also?
A: This would be considered a non-refundable service fee for the time we've spent on working on your request, including but not limited to, answering questions, booking the reservations, and any calls we need to make into the resort for you. Plus the advantage of using our perks and membership.
Q. How quick can we get you pricing on your choice of dates?
A: Once a booking request form is received, we aim to move as quick as possible. Usually within 12 to 24 hours you will have an email from us. This is also dependent on the volume of requests coming through. If its an urgent booking that you need, you can also send us an email marked as URGENT BOOKING, after you have filled your booking request form.
Q. Are there any limitations to room bookings?
A: The only limitation is that it is based on room availability. There are no blackout dates, however, rates do differ throughout the year.
Q. What personal information do we require from you?
A: The only personal information we take is all guests full names, a phone number and an email address. We never ask for your payment information.
Q. What about sale prices on the actual website?
A: Sales run throughout the year, but our pricing will always be better. Palace Resorts does run some major sales on holidays, so its more affordable to reserve your booking/payment on those sale days, even if you're booking a year into the future for your stay.
What is the Process to Book
Get your booking started
Fill the request form through the link below. We will send you an email with booking options/rates.
Once satisfied with the rates provided, let us know, and we will make the reservation on your behalf.
You will receive an email from the resort with a payment link. The email will show the exact price quoted. We will never see your credit card information, this link is for your eyes only.
Once the payment is made to the Resort, we will send you an email for our booking fee payment. The booking fee is $300 USD for 4 people to a room, and $400 USD for rooms with 5 or more people. Beyond 7 nights is $40 USD per night additional. This payment will be done through Paypal. You can create a free Paypal account if you do not have one. If you are selecting friends/family option for payment, please adjust your amount so that we receive the agreed upon booking fee amount. Paypal fees are your own to cover.
Upon receiving our booking fee, we will send you the confirmation email with your booking number etc.
Once you have your booking number, you can download the Resort app and pre-book restaurants etc for your stay. You may also contact the resort to provide your travel itinerary so that they can book your transportation from the airport.
